Hello,

the master USENET group control file located at
ftp://ftp.isc.org/pub/usenet/CONFIG/control.ctl obviously does not
reflect the current situation. The moderator address changed from
fj-committee@cow.nara.sharp.co.jp to committee@fj-news.org, didn't it?
The current entry is:

Also, it would be helpful for newsadmin if you would set up a short
English introduction about the fj.* hierarchy, which contains at least 
the control.ctl entry and the PGP key. Further information about
history (change of moderator address) is also very valuable, and the
current checkgroups list helps for the initial set-up.
