as is shown in the Appendix C of the following notice.

We would also be much obliged if you would kindly include
the public PGP keys for fj control messages in

  ftp://ftp.isc.org/pub/pgpcontrol/PGPKEYS (and README.html)

and change the forward addresses for " fj.news.announce" 
and " fj.mail-lists.fj-committee"  at " *@moderators.isc.org" .

After the past four-month trial period, the fj Newsgroups
Management Committee has decided to use PGP-signed control
messages for the fj hierarchy, on the occation of the renewal
of committee members and the change of e-mail address, from
" fj-committee@cow.nara.sharp.co.jp"  to " committee@fj-news.org" .

1. All the control messages for the fj hierarchy, checkgroups,
   newgroup, and rmgroup control messages, are issued with
   PGP-signing " From: committee@fj-news.org" .

Remark: In the transition period, the control messages with
   PGP-signing " From: fj-committee@cow.nara.sharp.co.jp" 
   will be issued, too.

   The public PGP key is located at:

     http://www.is.tsukuba.ac.jp/~yas/fj/fj.asc

   The Key User ID is " fj.news.announce" .

   At the bottom of this e-mail, we include the public PGP
   key, the patch for PGPKEYS, and the sample control.ctl
   patch for fj.
