今は、ちがったドキュメントにのっているかもしれませんが、
私の手元にある ISO が出している次の資料に載っています。
（なお、私は、ふるーいコピーしかもっていませんが。）

	Document name:

です。この資料は構成が

となっており、この３章に registration number (Numero d'enregistrement)
順に各国から登録されたものが順番にのっています。
記述は英語とフランス語です。（以下では、アクサンクラーブ等は入力が
面倒なので省略しています。）

というぐあいにかかれています。table では position と name or meaning
もかかれており、俗に太陽マークとよばれているものは currency sign と
よばれます。

この資料では、registration number 順に追補形式になっております。
なお、私の手元のコピーは、１９８３年で終わっており、これは
ＮＴＴが公社時代、私の上司がＳＣ２の幹事をやっていた時にコピーを入手して
もらったものです。
当時、研究のための日本語処理の環境をつくるためにターミナルを特別に改造して
もらったりしていた時代で、escape sequence はこうだよ、これは誤りで
これが正しい等指導するためのバイブルとして参考にしていました。

ということで、ISV 646 は正規の ISO のドキュメントにのっています。
日本規格協会に問い合わせられると、コピーの入手方法がわかるとおもいます。
